  • Consumer Agreement
  • All live insects must be shipped USPS, Fed Ex 2 day or Fed Ex overnight to insure live delivery. All Fed Ex shipments must be signed for to receive the live guarantee. The online store ESTIMATES shipping costs for USPS only. You will receive an invoice for the actual total.


  • Shipping & Delivery
  • Live Guarantee: We must be notified within 48 hrs of receiving DOA shipments for replacement to be made. We cannot guarantee live delivery if you are above 85 degrees. We will put in ice packs and do what we can. Product must be signed for or delivered by hand to the recipient. We cannot guarantee live delivery for shipments left outside. Shipment delays are unavoidable in severe winter weather and the holiday season. If only part of the lives are lost we reserve the right to make up the loss on the next order. Economy shipping available for all non-living orders. Please call the toll free number above for a quote. All credit cards are processed by ED's Fly Meat and NOT the online store. Overpayments via Pay Pal will remain in the ED's Fly Meat database system for up to one year. At this time, ED's Fly Meat ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does ED's Fly Meat ship live insects to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands.


  • Sales Tax
  • ED's Fly Meat charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
